1. Do you offer delivery across Hong Kong?
Yes, Oraevoli offers free delivery across Hong Kong on all orders. We currently deliver within Hong Kong only and do not offer international shipping at this time. Once your order is placed, our team processes and dispatches it within 24 hours, after which delivery takes an additional 2 to 3 business days to reach you.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed. Following dispatch, you can expect your order to arrive within 1 to 2 business days, which means that deliveries take 2-3 business days in all. You will receive a confirmation notification once your order has been shipped so you can track its progress with ease.
3. What is your return policy?
Oraevoli offers a 30 day return policy on all eligible orders. If your item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not fit as expected, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of receiving your order. We want every customer to feel completely satisfied with their purchase and will work to resolve any issue promptly.
4. Are there any fees associated with returning an order?
No. Oraevoli does not charge any return fees or restocking fees of any kind. If your return falls within our 30 day policy and meets the eligibility criteria, the process is completely free of charge. We believe that a fair and straightforward return experience is something every customer deserves.
5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order, but only before it has been shipped. Since all orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, we recommend reaching out to our team as soon as possible after placing your order if you wish to cancel. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available and the return policy will apply instead.
6. What qualifies as an eligible return at Oraevoli?
A return is eligible if the product received is damaged upon arrival, does not match the order placed, or does not fit as expected based on our published size guides. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery will not qualify under our return policy.
