Shipping Policy

Overview

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of orders placed through Oraevoli. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described in this policy. Oraevoli is committed to delivering your order in a timely, reliable, and transparent manner in accordance with applicable Hong Kong consumer protection regulations, including the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) and the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26).

Order Processing and Dispatch

All orders placed through Oraevoli are subject to an internal processing period before dispatch. Once your order has been confirmed and processed, it will be shipped within 24 hours. You will receive a shipping confirmation notification once your order has been dispatched. Please note that the 24-hour dispatch period forms part of the overall delivery timeline.

Orders placed outside of our business hours, which are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Hong Kong Time (HKT), will be processed on the next available business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays recognized under the General Holidays Ordinance (Cap. 149) of Hong Kong will be processed on the following business day.

Delivery Area

Oraevoli delivers exclusively within Hong Kong. We do not offer shipping to any destination outside of Hong Kong, including Mainland China, Macau, or any international location. This policy applies to all orders regardless of order value, product type, or customer location at the time of purchase.

If you attempt to place an order with a delivery address outside of Hong Kong, we will be unable to fulfill and dispatch the order. In such cases, our team will contact you at the email address provided during checkout to advise you accordingly.

Delivery Timeframe

The total delivery timeframe for all Oraevoli orders is 2 to 3 business days. This timeframe includes the 24-hour internal processing and dispatch period. Following dispatch, your order will be delivered to your specified Hong Kong address within the remaining business days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to delays during public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical circumstances. Oraevoli will make every reasonable effort to communicate any known delays to affected customers in a timely manner.

Delivery Charges

Oraevoli offers free delivery on all orders shipped within Hong Kong. There are no additional delivery charges applied at checkout. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the final amount payable, with no hidden delivery fees added thereafter.

Delivery Address and Customer Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete, accurate, and accessible delivery address at the time of placing an order. Oraevoli will not be held liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or inaccessible address information provided by the customer.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an error in the address provided, the customer will be contacted at the email address submitted during checkout. In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong, commonly referred to as the PDPO, all personal data including delivery addresses collected by Oraevoli is handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification containing relevant tracking information where applicable. If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order during business hours, please contact our team at support@oraevoli.com for assistance.

Failed Deliveries and Redelivery

In the event of a failed delivery attempt, our logistics partner will make reasonable efforts to redeliver the order or leave further instructions for collection. If a delivery remains unsuccessful after reasonable attempts, Oraevoli will contact the customer at the email address provided to arrange an appropriate resolution in line with the Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457) of Hong Kong.

Compliance and Consumer Rights

Oraevoli operates in full compliance with applicable Hong Kong laws governing the sale and delivery of goods. These include but are not limited to the following:

The Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362), which ensures that all descriptions of our products and services, including delivery timelines, are accurate and not fake in any way.

The Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), which governs the terms under which goods are sold and delivered to consumers in Hong Kong.

The Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), which governs how Oraevoli collects, stores, and uses personal data submitted by customers during the order and delivery process.

The General Holidays Ordinance (Cap. 149), which governs public holidays in Hong Kong and affects the processing and dispatch schedule of orders placed during those periods.
