Terms and Conditions

Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Oraevoli website and the purchase of products offered through our platform. By accessing our website or placing an order with Oraevoli, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this document. Oraevoli operates in full compliance with applicable Hong Kong legislation, including the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362), the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553), the Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457), and the General Holidays Ordinance (Cap. 149).

1. About Oraevoli

Oraevoli is a Hong Kong based fashion retailer offering a curated selection of menswear and womenswear across three collections: The Gentleman's Edit, The Femme Collective, and The Modern Atelier. All products listed on our platform are available for purchase and delivery exclusively within Hong Kong. For any enquiries related to these Terms and Conditions, customers may contact us at support@oraevoli.com during our business hours, which are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Hong Kong Time (HKT).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Oraevoli website, browsing our collections, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to proceed with using our website or placing an order. Oraevoli reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Products and Descriptions

Oraevoli makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, size guides, and pricing information displayed on our website are accurate and not fake, in accordance with the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) of Hong Kong. However, minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to differences in screen display settings across devices. Such variations do not constitute grounds for a return unless the product received materially differs from the description provided at the time of purchase.

All size guides published on our website are based on Hong Kong sizing standards. Customers are encouraged to refer to the relevant size chart for each product before placing an order. Oraevoli will not be held liable for sizing issues arising from a failure to consult the published size guide, though returns for misfitting products remain eligible under our Return and Refund Policy.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Oraevoli website are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Oraevoli reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. However, the price applicable to your order will be the price confirmed at the time of purchase.

Oraevoli operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery payment basis. This payment method reflects our commitment to transparency and trust with every customer. No advance payment is required at the time of placing an order. Payment is collected upon successful delivery of the order to the customer's specified Hong Kong address.

5. Order Processing and Confirmation

Once an order is placed through the Oraevoli platform, customers will receive a confirmation notification acknowledging receipt of the order. All orders are subject to internal processing before dispatch. Oraevoli reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of product unavailability, inaccurate pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly at the email address provided during checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Oraevoli delivers exclusively within Hong Kong and does not offer shipping to any destination outside of Hong Kong, including Mainland China, Macau, or any international location. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed and confirmed during business hours. The total delivery timeframe is 2 to 3 business days, inclusive of the 24 hour dispatch period.

Orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays recognised under the General Holidays Ordinance (Cap. 149) of Hong Kong will be processed on the next available business day. Delivery is offered free of charge on all orders within Hong Kong. Oraevoli will not be held liable for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather conditions or logistical disruptions.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of placing an order. Oraevoli will not be held liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Cancellation Policy

Oraevoli accepts order cancellations only before the order has been dispatched. As all orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed during business hours, customers who wish to cancel an order are strongly advised to contact our team as soon as possible after placing the order.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact Oraevoli at support@oraevoli.com during business hours, which are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Hong Kong Time (HKT). Cancellation requests submitted outside of business hours will be reviewed on the next available business day. If the order has already been dispatched by the time the cancellation request is received, the cancellation will not be possible and the customer will be directed to our Return and Refund Policy as an alternative resolution.

Oraevoli does not charge any cancellation fees on eligible cancellation requests. Since all transactions are conducted on a Cash on Delivery basis, no payment will have been collected at the time of cancellation, and no refund processing will be required for successfully cancelled orders.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Oraevoli accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following eligibility conditions. The product must have been received in a damaged or defective condition, the product received must not match the order placed, or the product must not fit as expected based on the size selected at the time of purchase. All returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging.

Upon receiving a return request, Oraevoli will arrange a pickup at the customer's convenience at no additional cost. Returned items will be inspected within 24 hours of collection. Following inspection, the customer will be notified of whether the return has been approved or declined.

Approved returns will result in either an exchange or a refund, subject to product availability. Exchanges will be processed where the requested replacement product is available. Where the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be offered. Approved refunds are processed exclusively via bank transfer, in line with our Cash on Delivery payment model. Once the customer's bank details have been received and validated, the refund will be processed within 24 hours. Refunds may take 8 to 10 business days to reflect in the customer's account, depending on the policies of the customer's bank.

Oraevoli does not charge any return fees or restocking fees on eligible returns. All personal data collected during the return and refund process, including bank details, is handled in strict accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

9. Personal Data and Privacy

Oraevoli collects and processes personal data in full compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong. Personal data collected during the order, delivery, and return process is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling customer orders and resolving related enquiries. Oraevoli does not sell, rent, or share customer personal data with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

Customers have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by Oraevoli. To exercise any of these rights, customers may contact us at support@oraevoli.com. All data handling practices at Oraevoli are further governed by the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553) of Hong Kong.

10. Intellectual Property

All content published on the Oraevoli website, including product names, descriptions, images, collection names, and brand identity, is the intellectual property of Oraevoli. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Oraevoli. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may constitute an infringement under applicable Hong Kong law.

11. Limitation of Liability

Oraevoli will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products, to the fullest extent permitted under Hong Kong law. Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of the product purchased. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions seeks to exclude or limit any rights that customers are entitled to under applicable Hong Kong consumer protection legislation.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms, including those relating to orders, deliveries, returns, or refunds, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. Oraevoli encourages customers to contact us directly at support@oraevoli.com in the first instance to resolve any concerns or disputes informally before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
